Building a Motorsport Community, One Opportunity at a Time
Motorsport in the Cayman Islands is still growing.
That means our job is bigger than organising events. We are creating opportunities where they did not exist before.
Over the past year, the Cayman Motoring Federation has worked to make motorsport more accessible, more educational, and more connected to our community.
We introduced the Cayman Islands' first STEM Racing National Finals, giving students the chance to design, engineer, present, and race miniature Formula 1 cars while learning teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
We launched the Cayman Auto Slalom League, creating a safe, structured place for drivers to develop their skills while encouraging young drivers, women, families, and first-time competitors to become part of the sport.
We expanded into sim racing and esports, opening another pathway for people to experience motorsport and discover new opportunities.
None of this has been achieved alone. Schools, volunteers, sponsors, government partners, and our growing motorsport community have helped turn ideas into reality.
Every event has the same purpose: to inspire participation, improve driving skills, support young people, and build a stronger future for motorsport in the Cayman Islands.
We believe motorsport should be open to everyone.
Every student who discovers engineering.
Every driver who gains confidence.
Every volunteer who gives their time.
Every family that comes to watch.
This is how a motorsport community grows.
And for us, this is only the beginning.
