By becoming a Club (voting – $125/year) or Support (non-voting – $25/year) member, we’ll work together to bring safe and sustainable motoring to the Cayman Islands. Refund Policy
At the Cayman Motoring Federation (CMF), we value your support and strive to deliver exceptional services and events. Refunds for membership fees, event registrations, or other purchases will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined at the time of purchase. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the transaction date, detailing the reason for the request. Refunds will only be issued if the request meets our eligibility criteria. Please note that administrative fees may apply. The eligibility criteria for a refund from the Cayman Motoring Federation (CMF) include the following:
- Cancellation by CMF: If CMF cancels an event or service for any reason, registered participants are eligible for a full refund.
- Error in Payment: Refunds will be granted if there is a verifiable error in the payment process, such as duplicate transactions.
- Medical or Personal Emergencies: Refunds may be considered for participants unable to attend an event due to unforeseen medical or personal emergencies, provided that supporting documentation is submitted.
- Non-Delivery of Services: Refunds will be issued if CMF is unable to deliver the purchased product or service as described.
- Timely Request: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the transaction date or event conclusion, whichever comes first.
Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, late requests, or if the individual fails to meet participation requirements (e.g., arriving late to an event or not meeting eligibility criteria for an activity).
